Athens Day Cruise operates two modern cruise ships for its daily one-day cruise to the three Saronic islands of Hydra, Poros and Aegina.

Platytera ton Ouranon, owned by Hydraiki Naval Company, and Cosmos, the luxurious cruise yacht of Evermore Cruises.

Cosmos

Cosmos is a new 70m long, 10m wide and 3m deep, luxurious cruise yacht and the first to set sail on the one day cruise to Hydra, Poros and Aegina from Athens. One of the fastest ships of its category, Cosmos sets new standards in luxury on board. You’ll relax in style in the aesthetically-pleasing, interiors consisting of five, luxurious lounges and the convenience of six new bars at every turn. The atmosphere for an exceptional yacht cruise is idyllic, from comfortable lounging on glorious decks to indoor pleasures including easy listening to match your mood from the newest audiovisual system.

Our distinguished passengers will also appreciate the yacht’s specially designed VIP area to accommodate 120 people, with the exclusive option of private cabin.

Platytera ton Ouranon

Platytera ton Ouranon is a newest 3-deck modern catamaran ship, specially designed for the day cruise, equipped with all convenience and safety features to meet the expectations of today’s cruise passenger. Each level is designed to create the ideal atmosphere for the many activities on board. Enjoy a gastronomic experience of Greek specialties in the dining area on the sea level. On the ship’s main deck our multi-level salons are perfect for indoor relaxation, with comfortable seating, WiFi access, Tax Free Store and boutique corner. Soak up the sun on our many decks and, for tops in fun, spend leisurely moments on the 3rd level Sun Deck, with all-day bar and entertainment program.

Safety

Athens Day Cruise is committed to secure the safety of our passengers on board through an integrated system of safety features. The safety procedures followed on our vessels are certified by the Greek Shipping Authorities, which are in full compliance with the International Ship Management Code.

At the beginning of every departure, announcements are made informing passengers of the ship’s safety regulations, the safety procedures, as well as relevant information and additional advice. Safety instructions are also located in prominent locations and at central points throughout the ship. For additional information, passengers may contact the ship’s officer or the reception desk.
